What should I expect on my first dispensary visit?+
When you arrive at Jungle Kingdom Flower, a staff member greets you at the door and checks your ID. Once verified, you enter the sales floor where all products are on display. A budtender will walk you through the menu, answer questions, and help you pick products. There is no pressure to buy quickly. Most first-time visits take fifteen to twenty minutes. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming.
What do I need to bring?+
Just a valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 or older. We accept state driver licenses, state IDs, passports, and military IDs. No medical card, prescription, or registration is needed. If you plan to pay with cash, an ATM is available on site. That is all you need.
How do I choose the right product?+
Start by thinking about the experience you want. Do you want to relax, feel energized, relieve tension, or just try something mild? Tell your budtender your goals and your experience level, and they will recommend specific products. You do not need to know strain names or product categories ahead of time. How long does a typical visit take?+
Most visits take ten to twenty minutes from walking in the door to leaving with your purchase. If you want to take more time exploring products and asking questions, that is completely fine. Can I ask the staff questions about products?+
Yes, that is exactly what our budtenders are here for. They can explain the differences between product types, suggest strains based on your preferences, walk you through THC and CBD levels, and advise on dosing. What if I do not know what I want?+
That is perfectly fine and very common. Due to New York State regulations, cannabis products cannot be returned once purchased. Do I need an appointment to visit?+
No. Jungle Kingdom Flower is a walk-in dispensary. No appointment, reservation, or pre-registration is required. Just show up during operating hours with your valid ID and you are good to go. We are open Sunday through Thursday from 10am to 10pm and Friday and Saturday from 10am to midnight.
Can I bring a friend who is not buying anything?+
Yes, friends and companions are welcome to enter the store with you as long as everyone in your group is 21 or older and presents a valid ID. Many first-time visitors bring a friend for support, and that is completely fine. Only the person making the purchase needs to complete a transaction.
