Common Dispensary Questions
What are your store hours?+
Jungle Kingdom Flower is open seven days a week. Sunday through Thursday we are open from 10am to 10pm. Friday and Saturday we are open from 10am to midnight. We do not close for lunch and there is no appointment needed. Walk-ins are welcome any time during operating hours. We may adjust hours on major holidays so check our locations page or call ahead if you are visiting on a holiday.
Where is Jungle Kingdom Flower located?+
Our dispensary is located at 515 Nostrand Ave in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York 11216. We are on Nostrand Avenue between Herkimer Street and Atlantic Avenue, easily accessible from the A and C trains at Nostrand Avenue station or the G train at Bedford-Nostrand Avenues station.
What ID do I need to buy cannabis?+
You must be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID. We accept state driver licenses, state identification cards, United States passports, United States passport cards, and military ID cards. The ID must not be expired. We check every customer's ID at the door, no exceptions.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept both cash and card payments. If you prefer to pay with cash, there is an ATM available on site. All prices displayed in store and online include New York State cannabis tax, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Is there parking near the dispensary?+
We do not have a dedicated parking lot, but street parking is available along Nostrand Avenue and on surrounding side streets. Metered spots are available on Nostrand Avenue. The area is well served by public transit, and many customers walk, bike, or take the subway.
Is the dispensary wheelchair accessible?+
Yes. Our store entrance is at street level with no steps, and the interior is designed to accommodate wheelchairs and mobility devices. If you have specific accessibility needs, feel free to call us at (718) 799-7088 before your visit and we will make sure you are comfortable.
What should I expect when I walk in?+
When you arrive, a staff member will greet you at the door and check your ID. Once verified, you enter the sales floor where our full product selection is on display. A budtender will be available to answer questions, explain products, and help you make a selection. The process is relaxed and pressure-free. Can I see and smell products before buying?+
Yes. We have display samples available for many of our flower strains so you can see the buds and get a sense of the aroma before purchasing. Pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, and other products have packaging samples on display. Our budtenders are happy to open display jars and walk you through what is available.
Do you offer any discounts or deals?+
Yes. We regularly run promotions and daily deals on selected products. Check our deals page for current offers. We also offer discounts for veterans and seniors. Ask a budtender about any active promotions when you visit. Sign up for our text alerts to get notified about flash sales and new product drops.
How many items can I buy at once?+
New York State law allows adults 21 and older to purchase and possess up to three ounces of cannabis flower or up to 24 grams of concentrated cannabis at a time. There is no limit on the number of individual items as long as the total weight stays within those limits. Our point-of-sale system tracks quantities to ensure compliance.
Can I place an order online for in-store pickup?+
Yes. You can browse our full menu and place an order through our online ordering system. Select the pickup option at checkout, and your order will be prepared and ready for you when you arrive. You still need to present a valid ID when you pick up your order. Online ordering is a great way to save time if you already know what you want.
Do I need a medical card to buy cannabis?+
No. Jungle Kingdom Flower is an adult-use recreational dispensary. Any adult 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID can purchase cannabis from us. No medical card, doctor recommendation, or registration is required. Medical patients are also welcome to shop with us.
