Jungle Kingdom Flower offers same-day cannabis delivery across all of Brooklyn. Whether you are ordering from Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, Williamsburg, or anywhere else in the borough, we bring lab-tested cannabis products directly to your door with no delivery fee and no minimum order. Below are answers to the questions we hear most about our delivery service.
Ordering is simple. Browse our menu at junglekingdomflower.com/order, add items to your cart, enter your delivery address, and check out. You can pay online with a card or choose to pay cash at the door. Our drivers verify ID on every delivery as required by New York State law.

Where do you deliver?+
We deliver to all neighborhoods across Brooklyn including Bed-Stuy, Crown Heights, Bushwick, Williamsburg, East Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Downtown Brooklyn, Flatbush, and surrounding areas. Enter your address during checkout to confirm your location is in our
delivery zone.
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery typically takes 30 to 70 minutes depending on your location within Brooklyn and current order volume. Neighborhoods closer to our Bed-Stuy store, such as Crown Heights and Clinton Hill, tend to receive deliveries on the faster end. More distant areas like Bay Ridge or Coney Island may take closer to the 70 minute mark. You will receive an estimated delivery window when you place your order.
Is there a delivery fee?+
No. Delivery is free on all orders. There is no delivery fee, service charge, or hidden cost added to your order. The price you see on the menu is the price you pay, tax included.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?+
There is no minimum order requirement for delivery. You can order a single item and still receive free delivery to your door anywhere in Brooklyn.
What payment methods are accepted for delivery?+
We accept both cash and card for delivery orders. You can pay online when you place your order using a card, or you can choose to pay in cash when the driver arrives. Please have exact change or close to it if paying cash at the door.
Do I need to show ID for delivery?+
Yes. New York State law requires that the person receiving a cannabis delivery be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID. The driver will check your ID before handing over the order. This is required on every delivery, no exceptions.
Any tips for apartment or buzzer deliveries?+
Include your apartment number, floor, and any buzzer or gate codes in the delivery notes when placing your order. Make sure your phone is nearby so the driver can reach you if needed. If your building has a doorman or lobby, let them know you are expecting a delivery. Clear instructions help the driver reach you faster.
What happens if I am not home when the driver arrives?+
The driver will call or text you using the phone number on your order. If they cannot reach you within a reasonable time, the order will be returned to the store. Cannabis cannot legally be left unattended at a door or with someone who has not been ID verified. We recommend being available at the delivery address during your estimated delivery window.
Can I track my delivery?+
Yes. After placing your order, you can monitor its status through our
track my order page. You will see updates as your order is confirmed, being prepared, out for delivery, and delivered. You may also receive text or email notifications depending on your contact preferences.
Can someone else accept my delivery?+
Yes, as long as the person accepting the delivery is 21 or older and presents a valid government-issued photo ID. The driver must verify the age of whoever receives the order. The recipient does not need to be the person who placed the order, but they must meet the legal age requirement.
What are your delivery hours?+
Our delivery hours match our store hours. We deliver Sunday through Thursday from 10am to 10pm, and Friday and Saturday from 10am to midnight. Last orders for delivery should be placed at least 30 minutes before closing to allow time for preparation and dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my delivery order?+
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may be able to modify or cancel it by calling us at (718) 799-7088. Once the driver is on the way, changes and cancellations may not be possible. We recommend double-checking your order before submitting.
